Official Raspberry Pi Pico WH (Soldered)
Official Raspberry Pi Pico WH (Soldered) The Raspberry Pi Pico WH is a compact, affordable, and versatile development board powered by the RP2040 microcontroller, designed by Raspberry Pi and launched in January 2021. It’s perfect for learning to code with MicroPython and offers great flexibility for various projects. The RP2040 microcontroller is based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ architecture and was fully developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation. Now, an upgraded version of the Pico has been introduced—Raspberry Pi Pico WH—featuring a 2.4GHz wireless interface while maintaining the same form factor as the original Pico. At the core of every Pico board is the RP2040 chip, featuring: Dual ARM Cortex-M0+ cores running at 133MHz 256KB RAM 30 GPIO pins Extensive interfacing options The Pico W and Pico WH models include the Infineon CYW43439 wireless chip, supporting IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. However, only wireless LAN is supported at launch. Features RP2040 microcontroller with 2MB flash memory 2.4GHz single-band Wi-Fi (802.11n) for wireless connectivity Micro USB B port for power, data transfer, and flash reprogramming Compact 40-pin DIP-style PCB (21mm x 51mm, 1mm thick) with through-hole and edge castellations 26 multi-function GPIO pins (3.3V), including 3 ADC-capable pins 23 digital-only GPIO pins for versatile interfacing Surface-mountable design for modular integration 3-pin ARM Serial Wire Debug (SWD) port for debugging Flexible power options, supporting USB, external supplies, or battery power Optimized for affordability, reliability, and wide availability Comprehensive SDK, with software examples and detailed documentation Dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+, running up to 133MHz On-chip PLL for adjustable core frequency 264KB multi-bank high-performance SRAM for efficient memory access
