The
74HC Series
74HC109 IC devices contain two independent J-K positive-edge-triggered flip-flops. A low level at the preset or clear inputs sets or resets the outputs regardless of the levels of the other inputs. When preset and clear are inactive (high), data at the J and K inputs meeting the setup time requirements are transferred to the outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse.
Clock triggering occurs at a voltage level and is not directly related to the rise time of the clock pulse. Following the hold-time interval, data at the J and K inputs may be changed without affecting the levels at the outputs. These versatile flip-flops can perform as toggle flip-flops by grounding K and tying J high. They also can perform as D-type flip-flops if J and K are tied together. The 74HC109 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. CD4027 is a single monolithic chip integrated circuit containing two identical complementary-symmetry J-K master-slave flip-flops. Each flip-flop has provisions for individual J, K, Set, Reset, and Clock input signals. Buffered Q and Q\ signals are provided as outputs. This input-output arrangement provides for compatible operation with the RCA-CD4013B dual D-type flip-flop.
The
CD4x Series
CD4027 is useful in performing control, register, and toggle functions. Logic levels present at the J and K inputs along with internal self-steering control the state of each flip-flop; changes in the flip-flop state are synchronous with the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. Set and reset functions are independent of the clock and are initiated when a high-level signal is present at either the Set or Reset input.
The CD4027 types are supplied in 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages (F3A suffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic packages (E suffix), 16-lead small-outline packages (M, M96, MT, and NSR suffixes), and 16-lead thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes).

The VNH3ASP30 is ideal for a variety of automotive applications and includes a dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches. The high-side driver switch utilizes STMicroelectronics' VIPower M0 technology to integrate a Power MOSFET with intelligent signal/protection circuitry on the same die.

74HC123 is a 16 Pin Dual Retriggerable Monostable Multivibrator IC having 4.75V to 5.25V Operating Voltage with an output current of 8mA. It can generate output pulses from a few nano-seconds to extremely long duration up to 100% duty cycle. It contains internal timing resistors that allow the circuits to be used with only an external capacitor.
The 74HC123 contains two independent monostable multivibrators, each with two inputs and two outputs. When triggered, the output of the multivibrator goes high for a fixed period of time, after which it returns to its original state. The duration of the output pulse is determined by the values of an external resistor and capacitor connected to the IC.
