This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for purchases made on iotcart.in. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

Eligible Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within a specified period after delivery, typically within 48 hours, along with clear proof such as images or videos of the product. Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for return.

Not Eligible for Return

“Change of Mind” returns are not accepted. Customized products (laser engraving, 3D prints, custom designs) are non-returnable. Used or tampered products.

Return Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source. For other cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
