Cytron 10Amp 7V-35V SmartDrive Dual Channel DC Motor Driver The Cytron 10Amp 7V-35V SmartDrive Dual Channel DC Motor Driver is a versatile and powerful Cytron motor driver designed for dual brush motor control, delivering a continuous 10 Amp current per channel. This 10 Amp motor driver supports a wide DC voltage input range from 7V to 35V, making it compatible with common SLA and LiPo battery packs. The SmartDrive motor controller offers multiple control modes including RC signal input, analog potentiometer voltage, PWM from microcontrollers, and UART commands, configurable via DIP switches for flexible operation. Equipped with MOSFETs switching at 16KHz, it ensures quiet motor control while the onboard temperature sensor actively protects the driver by limiting current to prevent overheating. The driver also features a battery low voltage warning system and supports peak currents up to 50A for short durations, ideal for demanding robotics applications. It's simple two RC extension cable wiring design makes it extremely user-friendly for quick setup. This dual channel motor driver is perfect for building combat robots, sumo robots, or any project requiring precise, reliable dual motor control. Note: The driver has NO polarity protection, please double check the polarity of connection before power On. Support Signed magnitude and locked anti-phase in PWM mode. There are two manual/test buttons for each channel. There are two output indicator LEDs for each channel. Power, error indicator, run status (left and right) LEDs The on-board reset button is used to restart the MCU after changing operation mode. Temperature feedback to regulate current and prevent MOSFET overheating. Suitable for fighting or sumo robots. The switching frequency is 16KHz, allowing for quiet operation. An onboard switching voltage regulator improves power efficiency. Battery low voltage monitoring mode. We tested this driver with a single power window motor at 24V, full load, and no smoke came out.
